Is is pointless to go on college visits over the summer when the students are gone?

I wouldn’t say pointless, exactly. You can still see the facilities and get a feel for which dorm you’d like to live in. But yeah, you can’t really get a good ‘vibe’ of the student population when they’re gone.

For college visits, do the representatives of schools visit the school or do students travel to the college?

Im confused on that Sometimes college representatives do visit schools especially when there is a college night. A college visit though refers when the applicant visits the school it is probably the best way to find out about the school./

i visted some schools from april 21-25, including my top 3 schools i want to apply to. and i realized just now that i never sent thank you notes. is it too late? will it look bad sending them this late? =/ Its never to late to send a thank you note. Do it now.
