How do i join the Alpha Nu Omega fraternity?

i live in philadelphia and i currently go to thompson institute studying to be a medical assistant but i always wanted to be a member of a fraternity. the fraternity i want to be apart of is alpha nu omega. how do i go about join this fraternity in Philadelphia and not be a student at a regular college or university?
