How late do frat parties usually last?

I am hoping to move into a house (not a fraternity) to live next year at college. I like it, but it is in the frat district, nestled between two. I know it can get a bit loud with music, yelling, etc.

What time on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays do these parties typically end? I am not too familiar with that branch of college social life.
OK, maybe they last all night. Maybe they never end. But when will it get quiet enough to sleep? Or at least quiet enough to be able to block out noise with 33db earplugs.

At the earliest, they end at 3:00 AM. In my experience, they last til about 7 AM. Seriously, you don’t get sleep. You only join a frat if you want to live like that.

    lol weekends can be an all nighter…weekdays….couple hours. depends on how stupid someone is to throw a frat party during the weekday
