How does the Greek alphabet influence our current alphabet?

I have a project on this but cannot find any answers… It would help if anyone has any answers.

The simple answer is that our alphabet, which is basically the Latin alphabet that the Romans used, was based on the earlier Greek alphabet, which was based on the still earlier Phoenician alphabet. The Romans adopted the Greek alphabet from the Etruscans who they conquered in central Italy. However this only concerns capital letters. Lower case letters developed later on.
